The annual barrel-aged ale releases from the Goose Island Beer Co. are the stuff of dreams for collectors, aficionados and those who enjoy a healthy dose of additional booze in their beer. Released to the general public on Black Friday, where there was once just one kind—a stout aged in bourbon barrels—there are now several varieties.
