Black opened Denver’s Falling Rock Tap House in 1997, with an aggressive goal of becoming the nation’s best beer bar within five years. Now twenty years later, Black joined us to discuss what Denver’s beer scene was like two decades ago, and how he “stole from the best” when it came time to open his own bar.
