Amber color from pale and crystal malts with a biscuity and slightly sour aroma. There is tart orange fruit, juicy malt and peppery hops in the mouth, followed by a long finish that is packed with peppery and spicy hop notes, tangy fruit and creamy malt. Blue cheese, please!

Magnificent color and talkative head introduce this beer and a mellow nose complete the invitation. Intriguing, to say the least. The hop presence is muted but the fine malt facet makes up for that and the beer proves itself a good companion to me on a sunny afternoon a long way from Florida. There's substantial character here even if one doesn't wait for sun to set.

Aromas of delicate honey-kissed apricot and orange with some light caramel notes. Similar on the palate, with a fairly light—but nicely balanced—body and gently dry finish. An amber ale with enough character to provide rewards beyond just quenching one’s thirst. As mild as a Key West sunset.
