CHICAGO—Moody Tongue Brewing Co. today announced plans to release 500 bottles of Shaved Black Truffle Pilsner. The price of each 22-ounce bottle is $120.

Interested buyers must enter an online lottery on Nov. 14 between 10 a.m. CST and 3 p.m. After 3 p.m., the brewery will select 500 names at random and winners will receive an e-mail with instructions on where to purchase the bottle in Chicago. In December, the beer will also be available at Chicago restaurants including Grace, RPM Italian, RPM Steak and GT Fish & Oyster.

Moody Tongue Brewmaster Jared Rouben brewed the beer with black truffles harvested by The Truffle & Wine Co. in Western Australia.
