Wolverine State Brewing to Release Amber Lager in Six-Packs in August

By Win Bassett - July 9, 2012

(Ann Arbor, MI) – This fan favorite in the Tap Room is brewed in the Vienna style.  It’s crafted from a blend of Vienna, Munich, Pilsner, and Pale malts, with a small blend of Dark and Crystal malts to give this lager its distinct and vibrant Amber color. This lager showcases subtle and delicate flavors found in top quality barley. It is malt focused with a medium body, clean flavor, slight toast, phantom caramel flavor, and a balance of German hop character. Overall it is characterized by a soft, elegant maltiness that dries to avoid becoming too sweet.

The Numbers:

5.4%-5.8% a.b.v.

22 IBU’s

10 SRM
