Intriguing cider, with Gravenstein apples and a Gargoyle dry-hop. The latter provides major amounts of grass and pungent lime in the nose, keeping it quite fresh. The wild fermentation adds a welcome, almost-sidralike acidity beside honeyed apples and lime zest. It lands, with touches of toasty oak on the edges, as a serious and refreshing success.
