A key highlight from East Coast travels. The dry-hopping here is Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin, the fermentation via “magickal saison yeast.” Not likely to argue. This is Tired Hands doing some of the things it does best: deep, complex acidity, buttressed by a deft use of pungent, foxy, funky hops. Mouthwatering—laced with pine and juicy limes.
