LOS ANGELES – It’s been a whirlwind year for Golden Road Brewing, and, perfectly timed with their one year anniversary, today Los Angeles’ largest craft brewery will expand their beloved in-house Pub, doubling their capacity and extending hours until 2AM nightly. With the addition of an outside lawn, and a new, streamlined menu, The Pub at Golden Road offers their guests more opportunity and space to enjoy Los Angeles’ favorite outdoor craft beer destination.

As of Friday, October 12th, the Pub extends their outdoor seating area with The Lawn, which wraps around the side of the bright yellow warehouse space, and offers an additional 100 covered seats, and 50 uncovered. With bright green astro-turf and decorative wine barrels accenting the area, it’s the perfect garden atmosphere to enjoy a pint (or three). This area also boasts streamlined table service and a new can bar, where guests can purchase anyGolden Road canned beer (Point the Way IPA, Golden Road Hefeweizen and any seasonal IPAs) for just $4.

Towards the back of the lawn sits a double “Aunt Sally” pitch – a game popularized in British Pubs, which co-Founder Tony Yanow discovered on his travels abroad and insisted be brought back to Golden Road.

More seats means more burgers, both vegan and non-vegan, of course. Chef Adam Levoe has added a new veganSouthwest Burger (sweet corn and barley patty, roasted red peppers, red onion, cilantro and chipotle aioli on an onion roll) and a new Salmon Burger (salmon patty with shaved red onion, shaved fennel, mixed greens and caper sour cream on brioche). Other new additions include vegan Jackfruit Tacos with a bright pico de gallo, vegan French Fries, served with a variety of vegan (vegan ranch, BBQ, 1000 island, vegan pimento) and non-vegan (honey-mustard, regular pimento) dipping sauces, and for dessert, vegan Oreo Cheesecake (served with fresh berries, strawberries and a chocolate sauce).

The new pub will seat approximately 80 people indoors, with space for an additional 72 on the outside upper patio, 18 on the ‘doggie deck,’ and 150 on the outdoor lawn, and will be open from 11AM-2AM daily.
