The Grand Teton Brewing Company has announced the first-ever, all-Idaho beer. The Idaho Pale Ale was made only with hops grown in Southwest Idaho, high country barley grown and malted in Southeast Idaho and pure Teton mountain spring water. Zeus and Bravo hops were used to give the beer a citrus flavor and pungent aroma. The beer will debut March 21 in San Francisco as part of the Craft Brewers’ Conference as well as on draft-only at the brewery’s Victor, Idaho brewpub.
