The deep mahogany ale is made with local organic hops (Cascade and Chinook). “We sourced 400 lbs of hops from Rising Sun Farms in Paonia, CO,” said Brendan McGivney, head of production, in a recent press release.
Available in 750 ml cork and cage bottles, this new beer in their line of single serve offerings pours like a dark malty ale but has a distinctly hoppy character.
