New Belgium Brewing Co.
Fort Collins, CO
Pours a strong head and has a slightly cloudy and hazy appearance. It has a strong hop aroma, with smells of citrus, and fruit, perhaps a hint of grapefruit on the nose. The mouthfeel is cloying, due to the hop oils. It drinks very light for 6.2% ABV, with a clean, crisp finish and a fruity, bitter aftertaste. Pair this with a spicy dish.
