(Press Release)
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—The Beers Made By Walking San Francisco Tapping is less than a week away and we would like to release our very exciting beer list for the event. The tapping takes place on November 14th. starting at 4:30pm, in the Grotto Room at the Sports Basement on Bryant Street. Bay Area residents will have the opportunity to taste place-based and foraged beers inspired by Mount Sutro. Proceeds from the Beers Made By Walking tapping will benefit the Sutro Stewards. Sutro Stewards acts as a steward of the unique 61 acre open space in the heart of San Francisco. Amy Kaeser, who led walks in Seattle with BMBW last year, spearheaded the environmental education portion of this project and guided the tours.
The beers will showcase the edible plants that grow on Mount Sutro, as each beer is an homage to hikes its trails.
