In anticipation of Super Bowl XLIX between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, Seattle’s Elysian Brewing Co. and Boston’s Harpoon Brewery have placed a bet on the game.

The bet involves three kegs of beer from each brewery crossing the country in opposite directions, to be poured in the breweries’ taprooms the week after the game. The loser will be required to fly the flag of the opposing, winning team until the beer is gone. The game is scheduled for Feb. 1 in Phoenix.

The stakes aren’t as high as the bet Elysian made with West Flanders Brewing Co. in 2014. After the Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII, West Flanders flew Elysian brewer Kevin Watson to Colorado to brew a beer at West Flanders’ brewery. When the beer was tapped, Elysian flew a Seahawks flag at West Flanders.
