(Press Release)
On Saturday, July 4, from 1:00 p.m. to midnight, Good People Brewing Co. will host a birthday bash and backyard BBQ (with a view of the best fireworks in town) to celebrate its seventh birthday and the July Fourth holiday. The event will also mark the official opening of Community Hall, Good People’s taproom and gathering space, after undergoing months of renovations. Guests can mingle at a traditional backyard BBQ before the Birmingham Barons game at 6pm, and also enjoy one of the best views of Thunder on the Mountain, Birmingham’s Fourth of July fireworks celebration, which has been hailed as one of the largest and most extravagant Independence Day traditions in the state of Alabama (fireworks kick off at 9pm). Along with live music and a selection of beer special releases, food will be offered from 1pm to 4pm with summer favorites such as burgers, hot dogs, ice pops, and BBQ. Tickets are not required.
