(Press Release) Denver, CO (December 12th, 2022) – Ratio Beerworks and local artist Koko Bayer have teamed up again to re-release their collaboration “LOVE” glass in efforts to raise both funding and awareness for the victims,
survivors, and families of those affected by the Club Q shooting.

Ratio Beerworks will be donating 100% of all net proceeds from the glassware directly to Club Q Victims and
Survivors Compassion Fund, in which 100% of all donations are being given directly to those impacted and
in immediate need. Pre-sale of the glassware begins Sunday, December 11th, 2022 and runs through
Christmas (12/25/2022). Glassware will be available for purchase on-line and in both Ratio Beerworks
taprooms.

Originally designed for Denver Pride in 2021, Koko Bayer and Ratio Beerworks created a limited edition glass
highlighting one of Koko’s most famous designs, “Rainbow Love”. The collaboration was to raise awareness
and funding for the LGBTQ+ community in Denver with 10% of the proceeds being donated to The Center on
Colfax, the largest LGBTQ+ community center in the Rocky Mountain region.

Ratio will be hosting a “Love Glass” pickup gathering on Thursday January 12th, 2023 from 4PM-8PM in the
Ratio Beerworks RiNo taproom, with Koko Bayer and a representative from The National Compassion Fund
on-site helping to raise additional funding and awareness. Additional art to help support Bayer will be for sale
and on-site donations will be collected by and for the Club Q Victims and Survivors Compassion Fund
throughout the event. Additionally, Ratio Beerworks will be offering one free pour for all customers who
purchased the collaboration Love Glass during the event. Location: 2920 Larimer St. Denver, CO 80205.
Shipping for out of state purchases will begin the following Monday (1/16/2023).
