Foam is perhaps the least appreciated aspect of beer. Somebody even hate it, wanting a glass filled to the brim with liquid. But experts insist that beer foam is important. It is visually appealing, it is an indicator of quality and freshness, and it affects the mouthfeel and even the flavor of the beer.
