All Beer Explorers will be required to make their own reminder calls to the stores they are scheduled to sample. We have had quite a bit of Beer Explorers reach out letting us know the stores had no idea they were coming. In an effort to prevent this from happening, you all are now required to reach out to the stores no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled shift to remind them you are coming.

“Morning/Afternoon, my name is Matt from All About Beer and I am calling to confirm our New Belgium Brewing sampling scheduled for Saturday from 12 pm – 3 pm. We look forward to seeing you then!”

After you have called to confirm, you will required to fill out the REMINDER CALL & CONFIRMATION mission on GoSpotCheck. A very simple task and and only takes 1 minute to do. I will be checking all of these accordingly so please make sure you submit this mission response immediately after you contact the store. It will ask you for the name of the manager you spoke to so do not forget to ask.

For now, google search the store name/number and see if it matches the address provided on TrackSmart. I am working to get a master store list on the BE Portal for you all.
