A conversation with Kyle DePietro, the brewer and owner of Sasanoa Brewing.
Sasanoa Brewing is a Rustic, coastal brewery located at Tarbox Farm on the end of an island. DePietro says he finds inspiration on the farm and in the natural surroundings on the rocky coast.
From brewing with ingredients that he grows himself to leeting beers age until they are ready, there is a peace to the beers that helps the drinkers relax, as I learned first hand while recording this and drinking his dandelion saison.
DePierto is a seasoned brewer, having spent a career brewing at a variety of locations, including Brooklyn Brewery.
and being part of fa family of restauranteurs, he’s learned about service, flavor, and experiences. All of it is on display with his beers and place.
