In the last few years hop water has seen explosive growth. For many, it’s a non-alcoholic beverage that scratches the beer itch. But like all things beer, there’s more to it than meets the eye. There is a lot of thought and technique into how to extract the desirable flavors of hops and without malt providing balance, hop water recipes are as carefully constructed as beer recipes.
