Step 4: Ink up your screen
Remove the screen and lift up the plastic sheet
Cover any black portions with the ink color of your choice
Step 5: Print away!
Now that you have a screen you can make practically as many prints as you want.
You will have to reload ink as you go, as parts of your design will start to come out less crisp.
Step 6: Wait
Allow time for the ink to dry.
Ink printed on the non-glossy side will dry quicker than ink printer on the coated side.
Use your straight edge with X-Acto and cutting matte or just use scissors and free hand it.
Use the crop marks you added to the design to quickly line up your cuts.
Final results
If you don’t want to invest in a Print Gocco, you can use any screen printing method you like. If the design is simple enough you can even create a stencil by cutting your design out of paper and then screening it or even spray painting it.
